bYour Tasks /b liYou coordinate end-to-end Retail Media activations across in-store and digital channels, ensuring flawless execution from campaign briefing through to post-campaign reporting. /li liYou develop activation roadmaps, timelines, and execution plans together with Sales Managers, transforming commercial agreements into actionable omnichannel campaigns. /li liYou collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional stakeholders including Creative, E-Commerce, CRM, Store Operations, Visual Merchandising, Logistics, and external partners to ensure smooth campaign delivery. /li liYou coordinate campaign assets, technical specifications, approvals, and production requirements while proactively anticipating risks and ensuring deadlines are met. /li liYou maintain and optimize the Retail Media inventory catalogue and availability calendar, maximizing fill rates and identifying new opportunities for bookings and placements. /li liYou propose alternative activations, campaign bundles, substitutions, and rebooking solutions to maximize both client satisfaction and commercial performance. /li liYou manage suppliers and service providers, negotiating quotations, coordinating production timelines, ensuring high-quality execution across all touchpoints, and managing POs, delivery timelines, and SLAs. /li liYou oversee print and digital production, ensuring compliance with operational, quality, and health safety standards. /li liYou monitor campaign performance against agreed KPIs and identify optimization opportunities during campaign execution. /li liYou create insightful post-campaign reports and present performance results, recommendations, and learnings to internal stakeholders and clients. /li byour profile /b liYou bring 3+ years of experience in Retail Media, Marketing, Project Management, or Omnichannel Campaign Management, ideally within a retail environment. /li liYou demonstrate excellent project management and organizational skills, successfully managing multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail. /li liYou are highly structured, solution-oriented, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines. /li liYou combine strong analytical thinking with commercial acumen and are comfortable working with KPIs, inventory utilization, fill rates, margins, and forecasting tools. /li liYou communicate with confidence and build strong relationships with colleagues, stores, suppliers, clients, and other business stakeholders. /li liYou have advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and are proficient in PowerPoint for reporting and business presentations. /li liYou are familiar with Analytics and Business Intelligence tools, which would be considered a strong advantage. /li liYou thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy coordinating multiple stakeholders to deliver impactful customer and brand experiences. /li liYou take ownership of your responsibilities and consistently deliver high-quality results with a strong customer-focused mindset. /li liYou are fluent in English and at least one Swiss national language (German, French, or Italian). /li br/ bWhat we offer /b liStaff discounts of 10 to 25% on all product groups, incl.
