ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOversee and manage GM Europe's legal affairs under the supervision of the Regional General Counsel. /li liProvide proactive legal services related to corporate/commercial matters, employment, litigation management, and more. /li liDirect external legal counsel and collaborate with other legal counsel within GM's legal staff. /li liContribute to GM Europe’s success by combining legal and business acumen. /li liManage multiple large-scale projects and collaborate with business units. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li15 years of experience in top-tier private practice or in-house. /li liExtensive experience in the manufacturing, consumer products, or technology sector. /li liPreference for candidates with extensive automotive experience. /li liA law degree (J.D. or equivalent). /li liAdmitted to practice law in Europe or North America. /li liFluency in English; proficiency in German and French is an asset. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
