• As a nurse, you ensure the preparation and administration of treatments, respecting protocols and safety at all times.
• You pay particular attention to the quality of your communication with residents and their relatives.
• You actively contribute to the implementation and monitoring of individualised life projects, ensuring respect for each person’s choices and needs.
• You provide basic care and the technical procedures required within a nursing home.

Profile Sought

• You are a qualified nurse and hold the Swiss Red Cross recognition?
• You have gained solid experience in geriatrics and now wish to put your skills to use in a human-scale structure focused on the well-being of the elderly?
• You have at least two years’ experience in care, ideally within a nursing home in Switzerland.
• You are attentive, calm and caring, able to manage emergency situations with professionalism, and place human relationships at the heart of your practice.
• You enjoy working in a team, possess excellent interpersonal skills and can adapt flexibly to the needs on the ground.
• Knowledge of software such as SADIES, SIEMS or GAMMADIA is an additional asset.
