Someone who enjoys guiding people, building trust and leading them with enthusiasm through joint projects. /p pIn this role, you will combine challenging project and consultancy work with the technical leadership of a small team. You will remain closely involved with clients and the implementation process – whilst at the same time developing your team further. /p pThis rarely involves clearly defined requirements, but rather bquestions /bsuch as: /p ul liHow do you digitise a process so that it really works in day‑to‑day operations? /li liHow do you translate complex business requirements into a scalable technical solution? /li liHow do you integrate systems so that data flows consistently and processes become end‑to‑end? /li liHow do you build solutions that not only work today, but remain maintainable in the long term and incorporate the AI solutions of tomorrow? /li /ul pYou’ll work closely with clients, consulting, solution design and engineering teams, take end‑to‑end responsibility for projects and solutions – and guide your team through these challenges. /p pbYou will: /b /p ul liLead and deliver challenging custom digitalisation projects based on the Microsoft Power Platform – from the initial idea through to go‑live /li liTake responsibility for scope, budget, schedule and quality /li liAnalyse customer requirements and translate them into viable solutions /li liadvise clients at all levels – functionally, technically and strategically /li lidesign digital processes, automations and bespoke applications, and be responsible for their implementation /li liwork with Solution Architects to make the right architectural and solution decisions /li liprovide technical leadership and support the professional development of a team of consultants, developers and project managers /li licoach your team members and support them in their professional and personal development /li liPlay an active role in building the team, as well as in recruitment and staffing /li liSupport pre‑sales activities and present solutions convincingly /li /ul pOne day you might be discussing a process architecture with a client. The next, you might be structuring a project set‑up, guiding your team through a critical phase or supporting an employee’s development. After that, you’ll work together to bring a solution through to go‑live. /p pYou don’t just manage projects.
