Hybrid working model: Only 1 week per month from the office the remaining weeks working remotely

Salary & Benefits: 1535 gross per month

Relocation Package

1500 Gross Relocation Bonus (paid in two instalments)

Your Role

As a Logistics & Delivery Advisor youll help customers with shipment and delivery-related inquiries while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting customers in German
  • Handling delivery and logistics inquiries
  • Solving shipment-related issues
  • Providing accurate information and effective solutions
  • Working closely with an international team

What Were Looking For

  • Native or fluent German
  • Good English skills
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (1 week per month from the Sofia office)
