We are looking for an open-minded, technically savvy team player to join our group of product engineering experts. /p /pph2What You'll Do /h2ulliPartner with the Product Category Owner in creating innovative products and delivering customer value. /liliDefine, manage, and refine product requirements and specifications /liliConceptualize products, including variants and feature sets and lead design changes /liliLead cross-functional teams to ensure feasible, optimized solutions /liliOwn key workstreams within product development projects /liliCollaborate with software engineers to manage software requirements and validate implementation /liliManage product cost calculations and support cost optimization /liliDrive risk management through design FMEA and product assessments and resolution of global quality issues related to product design. /liliEnsure smooth transfer to production and work closely with testing, product management and compliance to ensure verification, validation, and certification. /li /ul /pph2Who You Are /h2ulliDegree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field /liliSeveral years of experience in mechatronic product development for industrial manufacturing /liliInvolvement with software requirements management and strong understanding of mechanics and electronics /liliDeep expertise in requirements engineering, certification is a plus /liliStructured, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills /liliExcellent communication skills in English; German is a plus /liliCollaborative, proactive team player with a positive attitude /li /ul /pph2Who We Are /h2pAt Belimo, we take pride in making our company a rewarding place to work.
