ph3Job Description /h3 pWe are seeking a proactive corporate controller with strong technical and analytical skills to support daily operations and contribute to the firm's transition to an advanced, AI-supported environment. Joining LGT Capital Partners' central Corporate Controlling team of seven specialists, you will partner closely with finance colleagues across our global offices to support business functions throughout the firm. /p pIn this role, you will be involved in: /p ul liPerforming financial analyses, including budget-to-actual variance analysis and monthly management fee reconciliations, ensuring transparency and accuracy for decision-making; /li liPreparing regular and ad-hoc analyses, deep dives and scenario assessments for internal stakeholders and senior management; /li liActively supporting the annual budgeting and forecasting process, from preparation through review and execution; /li liMaintaining and continuously enhancing management reporting, with a focus on relevance, usability as well as automation; /li liSupporting the transformation of the existing controlling team towards an AI-enabled environment, including: ul liRethinking and streamlining existing processes; /li liLeveraging automation, analytics and AI-based tools to improve efficiency and insight quality. /li /ul /li liCollaborating cross-functionally with IT and business teams to design and implement modern, data-driven solutions that support smarter and faster data accessibility, management reporting and ultimately decision making. /li /ul pThis position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with business partners across the firm, gaining deep insights into LGT Capital Partners product landscape and business model. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liUniversity degree or equivalent higher education in finance, economics or information technology; /li liAt least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the asset management or financial advisory industry; /li liExcellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences.
