There are more than 120 employees serving a fleet of more than workstations spread across a hundred geographical sites and three cantons (VD, VS, FR).Be part of the FHVi adventure!Are you a network infrastructure expert who enjoys tackling complex technical challenges?Do you wish to maintain a strong proximity to technology while supporting a team of network engineers in their daily activities?The FHVi is looking for a Team Lead capable of combining technical expertise, architectural vision, and team leadership to ensure the performance, availability, and evolution of its network infrastructures.Mission:As Team Lead, you are primarily a high-level technical reference. You intervene on subjects of architecture, resilience, and evolution of network infrastructures while ensuring the management of a team of engineers. You actively participate in technological choices, the resolution of complex issues, and the management of projects that support the activities of the organization.Responsibilities:Network Expertise & Architecture- Act as the technical reference for FHVi network infrastructures.- Design, evolve, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi network architectures and technical standards, best practices, and network architecture documentation.- Guarantee the availability, performance, and resilience of network infrastructures.- Intervene on complex issues and major level 3 incidents.Security & Service Continuity- Contribute to the security of network infrastructures: filtering, access control, and flow management.- Collaborate with the CISO on cybersecurity issues.- Participate in vulnerability and security incident management.- Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery plans.- Guarantee compliance with standards and compliance requirements.Run Maintenance- Guarantee the stability and availability of network infrastructures in production on a daily basis.- Ensure the efficient processing of incidents and service requests within the allotted time, ensuring compliance with defined service levels.- Supervise the health of critical network infrastructures and services via the monitoring tools in place.- Produce and regularly communicate performance reports (KPIs) to management: service availability, backlog volume, resolution rates, and processing times.- Identify recurring problems and implement sustainable corrective actions.- Ensure service continuity during planned interventions (maintenance, updates) in coordination with the teams concerned.Technical Leadership & Management- Act as the technical reference for the network team, the escalation point for complex incidents and level 3 technical issues.- Coordinate the team's daily activities: task distribution, progress tracking, and priority management.- Ensure technical coaching and skills development for team members.- Promote knowledge sharing within the team: feedback and best practices.- Participate in the definition of the technical network roadmap in connection with IT management.- Participate in infrastructure and network evolution projects.Profile Sought- Higher education in IT or equivalent (Engineer HES, EPF, or equivalent title).- Minimum 7 years of experience in network and security engineering.- Experience in critical environments and healthcare.- Previous experience in technical management or team leadership appreciated.Technical Skills- Solid expertise in routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, MSTP) on LAN, WAN infrastructures and network security solutions: firewalls, filtering, VPN, and access control (NAC).- Experience with Wi-Fi infrastructures and virtualized environments.- Very good knowledge of high availability architectures and cloud infrastructures.- Experience with supervision and observability tools.- Cisco certification (CCNA, CCNP or equivalent) appreciated.Personal Skills- Passion for technology and leadership based on expertise and listening.- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.- Excellent communication skills and team spirit.- Autonomy and ability to manage multiple priorities.- Service and continuous improvement mindset.Languages- French: excellent oral and written proficiency. jid3f06917aen jit0833aen jpiy26aen
