The working environment of Movado Group, Inc. is entrepreneurial, people-oriented, dynamic, and fast-growing. /ppTo reinforce our GIT team, based in Bienne, we are looking for a: /ppbIT Support Analyst (100%) /b /ppbJOB PURPOSE /b /ppIn this role, you will provide first and second-level support to all employees across 19 different sites in the EMEA region, at all levels of the organization. /ppbJOB RESPONSABILITIES / ROLES /b /ppYour main tasks will include: /plipEnsure timely operational and technical support for personal computers and peripherals on a daily basis. /p /lilipProvide and ensure prompt and effective troubleshooting, resolution and documentation of all problems and service requests. /p /lilipDevelop accurate documentation of installation and configuration procedures for both standard and non-standard software packages. /p /lilipManage deployment and rollout of software and hardware. /p /lilipMaintain an accurate inventory of GIT clients’ assets. /p /lilipCreate and maintain our knowledge base to support our users. /p /lilipEnsure all our network assets are secured by collaborating with our Cybersecurity team. /p /lilipAssist with new company opportunities in our region, such as opening new offices or moving existing offices. /p /lipbSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE /b /ppRequired degree: /plipApprenticeship’s degree in Computer Science or related field /p /lipRequired knowledge: /plipFluent in French and English. /p /lilipProficient knowledge of Microsoft office, knowledge of SAP is an asset. /p /lilipExperience with Desktop or Help Desk support is an asset. /p /lipRequired competencies: /plipRigorous, excellent sense of organization, coordination, and priorities. /p /lilipAbility to work autonomously. /p /lilipProactive team player. /p /lilipHigh degree of customer focus. /p /lilipHigh energy / Strong Work Ethic. /p /lilipResults-oriented. /p /lipFlexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines. /ppbWHAT WE OFFER /b /plipA dynamic, respectful, and international environment /p /lilipA motivated and positive team /p /lilipFlexible working hours /p /lilipHybrid working (2 days home office per week) /p /lilipHealth insurance contribution /p /lilipAttractive employee discounts /p /lilipLong Service Awards /p /lilipCompetitive pension plan /p /lilipCentral location, close to the train station /p /lipIf you are interested in evolving within the Information Technology area and believe you possess the necessary skills and background, please submit your application with your CV. /ppbMGI Luxury Group Sàrl /b /ppFor more information about our company, visit us on /p
