ph3Your team /h3pYou’ll join the Mixed Methods Product Research team, reporting to the Director of Research. The team partners with product trios across the organization, bringing together qualitative research and quantitative analysis to help teams make better product decisions. You’ll work as a peer to the Product Data Scientist. /ph3Your mission /h3pAs a Senior Product Researcher at Frontify, you’ll help shape the future of how brands work by turning customer and market signals into clear product insights. The role combines two disciplines: running rigorous product research, and building the AI workflows and automation that make research faster, more consistent, and easier for teams to use. In practice, that means conducting qualitative, competitive, and market research to uncover meaningful opportunities, designing AI‑assisted workflows that handle the repetitive parts of research operations, and helping product teams self‑serve common research questions through reusable tools. /ph3Your responsibilities /h3ulliYou’ll partner with product trios to deliver timely, decision‑ready research that informs product strategy and development. /liliYou’ll plan and conduct qualitative research, including customer interviews, synthesis, and structured analysis. /liliYou’ll perform competitive and market research to help teams understand trends, opportunities, and emerging customer needs. /liliYou’ll design, build, and maintain AI‑assisted workflows that improve research operations, including recruitment, synthesis, analysis, and reporting. /liliYou’ll create reusable research tools, templates, and frameworks that enable product teams to answer common research questions independently. /liliYou’ll establish quality standards and validation processes that ensure AI‑generated outputs are grounded in real evidence and sound research practices. /liliYou’ll improve how research is captured, shared, and reused across the organization. /liliYou’ll present findings in ways that build genuine empathy for users — turning data and interviews into stories that stick and drive decisions. /liliYou’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists, and Engineers to connect customer insights with product outcomes. /liliYou’ll proactively identify opportunities to increase the impact, efficiency, and scalability of research at Frontify. /liliYou’ll balance multiple priorities across teams while maintaining a high bar for rigor, quality, and speed. /li /ulh3Your story /h3ullibYou can work in a hybrid format where you’re able to work on‑site in our St Gallen office once a week /b, and then choose where works best for you for the rest of the week. /liliYou have 5+ years of experience in product research, user research, market research, or a related discipline within SaaS or technology environments. /liliYou have extensive experience conducting qualitative research and translating findings into actionable recommendations. /liliYou bring strong analytical thinking and a hypothesis‑driven approach to problem solving. /liliYou have experience conducting competitive and market research using reliable, evidence‑based methods. /liliYou're a natural storyteller. You love presenting your work, you know how to make an audience feel the user's perspective, and you’re at your best when you’re in the room bringing insights to life. /liliYou're comfortable working alongside quantitative researchers, product managers, product designers, and engineers, using data to strengthen your recommendations. /liliYou understand where automation can create leverage and where human judgment remains essential. /liliYou have experience building, improving, or experimenting with AI‑enabled workflows, research operations, or automation tools.
