Lead Product Engineer CTO

Build software that hundreds of thousands of people use every month all over the world. At Loopia you own the whole product pick your own tools and ship to real customers fast. We make white-label trade-in and resale technology and we want one engineer to take it end to end from the code to the customers who depend on it.

Tasks

You own the product end to end. The parts customers touch the logic underneath the integrations into our partners systems and whatever it takes to keep it running. What you focus on shifts with the business often week to week.

How we work

Use the tools you want. We will not tell you which editor model or framework to reach for. We care about what ships and whether it holds up in production. The agentic tooling moves fast and we expect you to keep up to know which model and harness is right this week and to switch when something better shows up.

We trust customers more than opinions so we ship early and learn from real feedback. You get a lot of responsibility fast and rarely wait on anyone.

We believe being in the same room is one of the biggest drivers of speed. We are hybrid not remote and we want you in the Zürich office regularly because the best and fastest work happens when we are together.

Requirements

• Product sense. You can tell a feature that sounds good from one that moves the needle for a customer.
• Customer fluency. We can put you in front of a partner and trust the outcome.
• Strong technical and architecture instincts prior software engineering experience.
• Founder-like personality. You take ownership move fast and do whatever it takes to get the right outcome including picking up non-obvious work outside your role.
• A real system for agentic development. Opinions on context prompting tool design evaluations and shipping AI safely and reliably.
• You believe AI is changing how software gets built and you act on it.
• Curious by default. You run the experiment learn from what comes back and build on it with the people around you.
• Open to strong juniors who are deep into the topic. If that is you send reference projects.
• Nice to have: German a retail or e-commerce background ERP integration experience interest in circular economy.
