This role focuses on advanced troubleshooting and evolving the Microsoft Cloud workplace infrastructure to ensure high system availability. /ppAs a System Engineer, you will manage Level 3 support incidents, automate infrastructure maintenance, and empower users through training and improved service standards. /p pJoin an expert End User Compute team managing a standardized environment of 1,700 machines. It's required so we can process your application /b /li ppbWork tasks /b /p /p liHandle complex incidents escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support. /li liPerform root cause analysis using logs and crash dump data. /li liDeploy automated patches and maintain device security compliance. /li liAutomate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting. /li liDraft technical procedures and share knowledge with support teams. /li liCreate training materials such as tip sheets and short recordings. /li liDeliver training sessions to employees on productivity tools. /li ppbWe are looking for /b /p /p liStudent OR Graduated of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field. /li liGood knowledge of the ITIL framework. /li liBasic knowledge of modern workplace technologies like Entra ID, Autopilot, and Intune. /li liExcellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 and basic knowledge of endpoint security solutions. /li liAdvanced proficiency in English (C1). /li liClean criminal record. /li liResponsible / Goal oriented / Stress tolerant / Social /li pbIt is meritorious if you have /b /p liGood knowledge of French and/or German. /li liDeveloped your own scripts in PowerShell for automation. /li liBasic knowledge of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). /li ppbOur recruitment process /b /p /p pThis recruitment process is handled by Academic Work and it is our client’s wish that all questions regarding the position is directed to Academic Work. /p pOur selection process is continuous and the advert may close before the recruitment process is completed if we have moved forward to the next phase.
