Our Valuation Financial Modelling team assists clients in creating, growing and preserving value in connection with MA, joint ventures, post-merger integrations, restructurings and disputes /h3 h3Your contribution to KPMG /h3 ul liConduct valuations (e.g., companies, intangible assets) and financial analyses, market research, capital market and cost of capital analyses /li liDevelop complex, integrated financial models /li liParticipate in engagements such as fairness opinions, pricing analysis for MA transactions, valuations for accounting and tax planning purposes, or arbitrations /li liValue complex financial instruments (e.g., options, derivatives, complex debt instruments, structured products) /li liWork together with large international corporations as well as mid‑market firms, often in an international environment /li liActively interact with clients and cooperate closely with other KPMG experts, like our due diligence or restructuring team or with our accounting, tax and legal experts /li liAssist in proposal work and marketing initiatives /li /ul h3This is what makes you successful /h3 ul liMaster's degree with a major in finance or accounting /li liFirst professional experience in corporate finance within an international environment is a plus /li liProficiency with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is a prerequisite /li liStrong numerical, analytical and modelling skills, sound knowledge of financial analysis and traditional valuation methods (e.g., DCF, multiples) and attention to details /li liKnowledge of valuation methods for securities (e.g., options, derivatives), as well as modelling techniques such as Monte‑Carlo simulations or lattice models, is a plus /li liEntrepreneurial mindset and ability to set priorities in a complex and demanding environment /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills in French, English and German; knowledge of any other language is a plus /li /ul h3Your benefits /h3 /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
