Your day-to-day tasks may include delivering projectsbr/related to controls transformation on an operational and strategic level andbr/advising clients on how to leverage the ERP functionalities, mainly SAPbr/S/4HANA, to optimize the design of internal controls. /p h3How you can make an impact /h3 ul liAdvising clients onbr/controls enhancement opportunities aiming to embrace technology such as ERPbr/functionalities (SAP S/4HANA) /li liSupporting clients inbr/transforming their internal controls framework whilst staying compliant /li liLeading projects,br/covering all aspects of engagement delivery; from scoping, programme and teambr/selection, through to delivery, risk quality management /li liSupporting SAPbr/Internal Controls go-to-market initiatives and collaborating acrossbr/multi-disciplinary teams to develop new market offerings and advance existingbr/ones /li liLeading, inspiring,br/developing and coaching the team /li /ul h3Who we are looking for /h3 ul liYou are organized,br/have strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills whichbr/allow you to build good relationships with clients, and to manage and developbr/others in an advisory role /li liYou have a minimum ofbr/2-4 years of experience in delivering ERP controls transformation or ERP auditbr/projects, and have a good understanding of the main SAP S/4HANA businessbr/processes and how to leverage the new functionalities for compliance andbr/internal controls purposes /li liYou are familiar withbr/automated controls in the shape of ERP configurations /li liYou have goodbr/knowledge of the core business processes (e.g. PTP, OTC, RTR, Treasury, Tax,br/HR, etc.) and related key risk management concepts /li liYou have in-depthbr/experience in internal controls design, remediation, and implementation /li liYou are completelybr/fluent in English.
