The company fosters an environment that values precision and efficiency, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. < >< >In this role, the Executive & Personal Assistant (French/English) will operate across three key pillars:< >< >Executive Support< > Managing complex calendars, scheduling and coordinating meetings Organizing international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients Preparing meeting materials and, where appropriate, representing the senior executive in meetings Ensuring smooth communication and follow-up on key topics < >< >Office Management< >< > Overseeing day-to-day office operations for a small team Coordinating administrative tasks and ensuring efficient office functioning Liaising with external providers and stakeholders where required < >< >Personal Assistance< >< > Supporting the senior executive with selected personal matters (e.g., bookings, payments, logistics) Potential involvement in oader personal support over time Provide high-level executive & operational support in finance setting.
