Head of Information Security Governance, Risk and Compliance ((m/w/d)

ppbResponsibilities: /b /p /p li pManage and lead GRC Teams /p /li li pDevelop and implement the GRC strategy and framework. /p /li li pOversees information security risk assessments and identify potential threats and vulnerabilities. /p /li li pCovers GRC in scope of IT, OT, and Product Security in collaboration with stakeholders. /p /li li pDevelop and enforce policies and procedures to manage cyber risks. /p /li li pMonitor and report on compliance with regulations and standards on a strategic level. /p /li li pManage Awareness and Training Programs. /p /li li pCollaborate with business units to ensure compliance. /p /li li pDrive innovation in how GRC is delivered by embedding AI and intelligent automation into core GRC processes. /p /li li pContribute to the AI governance framework. /p /li ppbCompetencies: /b /p /p li pBachelor’s/Master’s in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, cybersecurity Risk Management, or related field. /p /li li p5+ years in GRC roles and 3+ years in leadership is preferred. /p /li li pFollowing certificates are preferred; CISSP or CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, ITIL or COBIT certifications. /p /li li pEnglish is a Must, German and French are a plus. /p /li li pStrong understanding of GRC frameworks and methodologies /p /li li pInformation Security Policy Management /p /li li pKnowledge of relevant regulations and standards /p /li li pInformation Security Risk assessment and management skills /p /li li pPractical understanding of how AI (generative and agentic AI) can be applied to strengthen and automate GRC, together with familiarity with AI governance and AI risk frameworks. /p /li li pA forward-looking, innovation-oriented mindset, with proven experience of modernizing and improving processes. /p /li li pExcellent communication and presentation skill. /p /li li pReadiness for global travel /p /li ppbOur offer: /b /p /p pWe offer you a secure job, progressive and family-friendly employment conditions such as flexible working hours, hybrid working and opportunities for further training /p
