From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long‑term plans and plays a key role in how we scale. /p pWe’re looking for a results‑oriented Tax Manager to lead the review and approval of product launches, support global expansion, and oversee the design and implementation of tax process control tools. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liEnsuring the effective operation of the local tax function /li liIdentifying ongoing and emerging tax risks, and mitigating where possible /li liProviding accurate tax advice to key stakeholders /li liImplementing appropriate control frameworks and policies /li liEnsuring compliance with all regulations and filing requirements /li liBuilding relationships with appropriate tax authorities, functional business heads, and professional advisory firms to ensure a cohesive approach to managing tax issues /li liImplementing and managing the transfer pricing policy and methodology for Revolut in Switzerland, including local file documentation /li /ul h3What You’ll Need /h3 ul liTo be a qualified tax professional /li li5+ years of tax experience in Switzerland /li liExtensive technical knowledge and a blend of indirect and direct tax experience covering corporate income tax, VAT, and transfer pricing /li liA structural and logical approach to solving problems /li liSolid analytical and people‑management skills /li liExperience advising on tax related to product launches /li liTo be highly motivated and focused on delivery /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience in banking or international financial services /li /ul h3Build a Great Workplace /h3 pBuilding a global financial super‑app isn’t enough.
