At the Grenchen site (Switzerland), we develop and produce machines for the manufacture of laminated corrugated board – ensuring they run reliably for our customers worldwide.



YOUR MISSION

• Provide troubleshooting support in the areas of electrical and process engineering for customers and internal staff
  
• Coordinate service assignments from planning through briefings to debriefings
  
• Ensure knowledge transfer between service technicians, development, and production
  
• Collect feedback from the field and actively contribute to product and quality improvements
  
• Support customers and branches on-site as needed (travel activity up to approx. 40%)
  
• Participate in the telephone on-call service and enable quick solutions for our customers

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed training as an automation technician, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, industrial electronics technician, or similar
• Experience in machinery or plant engineering as well as knowledge of Siemens PLC is a great advantage
• Good knowledge of control and regulation technology
• Analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and clear communication
• Very good German and English skills (additional languages are an advantage)
• Independent, structured working style – calm and solution-oriented even under pressure
