ph3Global Head of System Engineering 100% (m/w/d) - Lucerne /h3 h3Job Description /h3 h3Your Role with Us /h3 ul liProviding technical and managerial leadership to the global systems engineering team (3–5 staff) /li liCoaching, developing and supporting team members /li liEnsuring the stable and secure operation of the global Microsoft infrastructure /li liFurther developing the global infrastructure, platform and operations strategy /liliActively shaping the transformation towards hybrid and cloud infrastructures /li liDefining and establishing global standards, governance and operational models /li liWorking closely with internal specialist departments (Security, Network, Cloud, Workplace, Business Applications) and international teams, particularly in North America /li liManaging external partners and ensuring reliable delivery /li liEvaluating new technologies and continuously optimising and automating the infrastructure /li liCommunicating complex technical topics clearly to various stakeholders /li /ul h3What You Bring to the Role /h3 ul liSeveral years’ experience in setting up and operating complex Microsoft infrastructures /li liExcellent knowledge of Active Directory / Entra ID, hybrid identity and Azure /li liExperience with Windows Server, VMware vSphere, PKI (AD CS), DNS/DHCP and Azure Infrastructure Services /li liExperience in cloud transformations and modern infrastructure architecture /li liGood knowledge of security, compliance, governance and operational requirements /li liExperience with automation, ideally Infrastructure as Code and scripting /li liSeveral years’ leadership experience (approx. 5 years) in technical infrastructure teams /li liHands‑on approach with high technical credibility /li liStructured, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style /li liStrong communication skills and a passion for international collaboration and change /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liAt least 27 days of vacation /li liFlexible working models and home office options (where possible) /li liAttractive purchasing conditions for watches and jewellery /li liHighly progressive benefits for the birth of a child /li liCompetitive pension and social insurance benefits /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
