Project Manager (m/f/d) – Building Management Systems

pbMain Responsibilities /bbr/- Manage Controls projects from handover through final acceptance.br/- Plan, coordinate and monitor project execution to ensure delivery on time, within budget and according to quality standards.br/- Act as the primary operational contact for customers during project execution.br/- Coordinate internal resources, subcontractors and suppliers.br/- Prepare and review technical documentation, functional descriptions and project deliverables.br/- Support commissioning activities and resolve technical issues when required.br/- Monitor project financial performance, including variations, additional works and margin protection.br/- Ensure compliance with Johnson Controls EHS, quality and operational processes.br/- Participate in project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.br/br/bRequired Profile /bbr/- Proven experience in project management within Building Automation, BMS, HVAC controls or industrial automation.br/- Strong technical understanding of automation systems, control architecture and field devices.br/- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a customer-facing environment.br/- Strong organizational and communication skills.br/- Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.br/- Fluent French / English required.br/- English professional level preferred.br/- German is considered an advantage.br/- PMP, IPMA or equivalent project management certification would be beneficial.br/br/bDesired Personal Attributes /bbr/- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.br/- Strong ownership and accountability.br/- Ability to remain effective under pressure.br/- Customer-focused with excellent stakeholder management skills.br/- Team player capable of working across functions and regions. /pp#LI-EM1 /pp#LI-Hybrid /p
