pFounded in Denmark more than 30 years ago, assisting our clients in recruitment, HR services and executive search, strongSAM International GmbH /strong is the of the largest Nordic company in the industry and we are currently present in more than 12 countries. SAM has been in Switzerland for more than 20 years and we have a solid foothold in the Swiss market. /p pAs the business is growing, we are actively recruiting strongindependent/freelance /strong recruitment partners for the Italian market. /p h2Tasks /h2 ul listrongUsing your network and/or sales initiatives, acquire new clients and assist them in their recruitment needs. /strong /li liHold client meetings to acquire new business. /li liInterview and present candidates to the clients. /li liTest candidates in our various test systems, when required by clients /li /ul h2Requirements /h2 ul liYou have sales experience and you know what it takes to get the order. /li liYou are registered as an independent consultant/agent/sole trader/freelancer, have your own company strongor willing to pair with a EOR/payroll provider /strong in order to be fully compliant. /li liExperience from Swiss recruitment agencies is a big plus. /li liExceptional written and verbal communication skills. /li liAbility to manage workflow and time. /li liFluent in English and French/German is a plus. /li /ul h2Benefits /h2 pWe are offering an independent role with freedom to shape your own work day and a large network of more than 100 consultants internationally. /p pWe will provide ongoing training, and give you the tools and support required to become successful in the role.
