Asset Manager - Private Equity Infrastructure

pAn established infrastructure fund is looking for an Asset Manager to play a key role in managing and growing its portfolio. The Asset Manager will support the company’s leadership with a range of responsibilities that are essential for ongoing operations. Depending on the task, the role will involve both independent work and collaboration with senior team members. /p pbResponsabilites /b /p liManaging selected portfolio companies in close cooperation with senior colleagues; /li liPreparing regular performance updates as well as ESG and regulatory reporting for portfolio companies and investment vehicles; /li liHandling ESG-related matters such as GRESB submissions, sustainability reporting frameworks, and compliance with fund‑level sustainability regulations; /li liCoordinating annual asset valuations together with external auditors; /li liAssisting in the execution of transactions, including communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders; /li liBuilding, maintaining, and overseeing financial models; /li liIdentifying, evaluating, and, when relevant, contributing to the origination of investment opportunities. /li pbRequirements /b /p liEnergy infrastructure or energy markets; /li liAccounting and financial reporting; /li liInvestment reporting from an investor’s perspective; /li liFinancial modelling and quantitative analysis; /li liData management, controlling, and reporting; /li liESG reporting and sustainability performance assessment; /li liCorporate finance, project finance, valuations, or MA. /li liCandidate Requirements /li liAbility to work independently and reliably; /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills; /li liProficiency in both German and English; /li liResidence in Switzerland; /li liAdvanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). /li
