The firm operates as a leading international trust company with offices in key locations worldwide. /p h2Tasks /h2 pResponsibilities /p ul liIndependently support and handle a diverse client portfolio; /li liIndependently support and advise clients (corporate and self-employed) on business, accounting, tax and social security matters, as well as extensive client communications; /li liPreparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts for Swiss companies; /li liPreparation of VAT statements; /li liManagement of financial and payroll records; /li liPreparation of tax returns for individuals and legal entities; /li liPreparation of minutes for board, management and general meetings, e.g. for approval of financial statements. /li liAccepting board and management mandates; /li liPerforming company formations, reorganizations and liquidations; /li liProcessing payment orders in accordance with the principle of dual control; /li liActive involvement in maintaining and expanding client base; /li /ul pProactively supporting team members in all matters and nurturing open and good working relationships with them. /p h2Requirements /h2 pYou have/are /p ul liA basic commercial or business management education and further training in finance and fiduciary (fiduciary with a federal certificate and/or diploma as a fiduciary expert); /li liAt least 3-5 years of working experience in the fiduciary sector or auditing; /li liIn-depth knowledge of Swiss tax, finance and accounting; /li liStrong affinity with IT and very good user skills in Abacus (FIBU and payroll program) and MS Office (especially Excel), experience with tax is an advantage; /li liHigh customer orientation, social and communication skills; /li liPersuasive attitude, empathy and negotiation skills; /li liIndependent, efficient and accurate way of working; /li liResilient, motivated personality who enjoys work; /li liAbsolute team player;Stilsicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift, jede weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil; /li /ul h2Benefits /h2 pWe offer /p pOur client offers an attractive corporate culture in a highly professional, dynamic and international environment.
