MEDICALIS is the preferred partner of hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, home care services, as well as medical centers and practices, with a presence throughout the region.Job Title: Nursing Assistant in the field of disabilityCompany DescriptionTo strengthen our teams within various Geneva establishments, we are looking for a Nursing Assistant in the field of disability.Job DescriptionYou will join our team specializing in the field of disability for occasional and/or scheduled assignments. The proposed assignments may be in split shifts, continuous shifts, or shifts of a minimum of 4 hours to 14 hours per day. You will perform nursing care and support for adults with multiple disabilities within specialized institutions (intellectual disability, autism, behavioral disorders, and/or brain-injured). Activity rate varying between 50% and 100%.Profile SoughtYou have at least one year of successful experience as a nursing assistant in the field of multiple disabilities. The care of the resident and their well-being are at the heart of your priorities. Calm, you have the ability to cope with difficult situations and/or behavioral disorders. You enjoy teamwork and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Available day and/or night, in split shifts, on weekends and public holidays, you are a very flexible and organized person.
