ppWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a bSales, Marketing Customer Support Assistant /b , with a focus on the German market. /p h3bMain Responsibilities /b /h3 ul liManage inbound customer service (phone and email) in a professional and efficient manner /li liProvide operational support to the Digital Marketing Manager /li liManage and update the company’s social media channels /li liOnboard new clients /li liExecute identification and regulatory compliance procedures (KYC / Anti-Money Laundering) /li /ul h3bRequirements /b /h3 ul liExcellent command of Italian and German (spoken and written) – C1 level or higher /li liGood knowledge of English /li liKnowledge of French (a plus) /li liAt least 1 year of experience in: ul licustomer support (preferably in fintech or digital services) /li lidigital marketing /li /ul /li liDigital marketing skills and familiarity with AI tools /li liStrong interest in the financial sector /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /li /ul h3bPreferred Qualifications /b /h3 ul liKnowledge of CRM software /li liSkills in graphic design /li liExperience with digital marketing platforms /li liKnowledge of other European languages /li /ul h3bWork Location /b /h3 pChiasso (Switzerland) – on‑site position only (no remote working) /p pOnly applications that meet all the requirements listed above will be considered. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
