We’re hiring a Business Development Representative (German-English) to join a dynamic team in Kraków, Poland (hybrid setup) , working with innovative, cloud-based technology solutions and engaging with clients across diverse industries. What you’ll be doing: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients as a trusted advisor Identify and develop new sales opportunities while managing existing accounts Lead customer conversations, handle objections, and confidently close deals Manage a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve targets Work closely with cross-functional teams to solve business and technology needs Stay up to date with trends in the tech and cloud solutions space What we’re looking for: German (B2+/C1) & English (B2+) proficiency Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, with a background in SaaS, IT, cloud/technology, or digital advertising sales, and preferably hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads.
