Act as the first point of contact by managing the main phone line and welcoming visitors in a professional and service‑oriented manner.
Ensure the office is well‑organized, clean, and fully operational, including the ordering of supplies and coordination of services.
Provide general administrative support to the office and teams, including PO processing, invoice handling, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers (IT, facilities, catering, parking, etc.) and resolve day‑to‑day issues.
Support office logistics such as lunch arrangements, meeting support, and ad‑hoc operational needs.
Assist with internal coordination and participate in local meetings and office initiatives as required.
3-5 years' experience in an office administration, office assistant, or similar support role.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and solve problems proactively.
Service‑oriented mindset with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Comfortable handling basic administrative and financial processes (POs, invoices).
Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
Confident working with multiple internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic office environment.
