ph3About Our Client /h3 pFor a fast-growing company in Switzerland, we are looking for an MA Manager. /p h3Job Description /h3 ul liThe role requires travelling on the Swiss territory. /li liExecute the organisation's MA strategy, including coordinating due diligence, structuring and coordinating pre-closing and post-acquisition operational integration. /li liSupport post-acquisition to drive growth and deliver sustainable value creation and synergies. /li liDeal Execution Negotiation: Coordinate end-to-end transaction process: financial modelling, valuation, and risk assessment. /li liIntegration Synergy Realisation: Develop and oversee post-merger integration plans, ensuring operational and cultural alignment. /li liGovernance Compliance: Ensure adherence to corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and internal approval processes. /li liStakeholder Management: Act as primary liaison with external advisors (DD, legal counsel, auditors) and internal stakeholders. /li /ul h3The Successful Applicant /h3 ul liProven experience in MA execution and strategic partnerships within healthcare or related industries. /li liStrong negotiation skills, including carve-out transactions and complex deal structures. /li liExpertise in financial modelling and valuation. /li liExcellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities. /li liFamiliarity with integration processes. /li liFluent in English /li liGerman and French are an asset. /li liProfessional experience of 10+ years as management functions /li /ul h3What's on Offer /h3 pFast-growing company /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
