Work proactively to bring the best of ZS expertise to the client(s); /li liWork with onshore and offshore teams to develop price estimate, plan capacity, coordinate delivery of the end‑to‑end technology capability (BI Reporting, Analytics, AI, Digital, Big Data, Cloud, MDM) solution, report project status and act as escalation path for clients; /li liWork in tandem with global counterparts in planning and accomplishing planned activities, identification of risks and mitigation strategy; /li liApply ZS methodology and Agile delivery concepts to the project(s); /li liEnsure technical design is robust and scalable solutions consistent with ZS and industry practices; take advantage of the existing assets and maintaining a balance between architecture requirements and specific client needs; /li liProvide project leadership and direction on one or more projects while maintaining a high‑quality level of service; /li liDevelop and manage client relationships on projects. As a technology leader, bring new ideas around technology trends, outlook for continuous improvement, and capabilities to our clients; /li liIdentify and drive opportunities of selling additional work to client. Update senior leaders, prepare and present compelling and creative client presentations; /li liIdentify latest technology trends and domain trends to develop ZS POV and drive innovative solutions for our clients. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 ul liBachelor's/Master's degree with specialization in Computer Science, MIS, IT or another computer related discipline; /li li7+ years of relevant of hands on IT services or consulting industry experience leading medium‑large scale technology solution delivery engagements; /li liMinimum 5 years of experience leading large delivery teams; /li liExperience working with RD transformation programs is a plus; /li liAbility to effectively manage multiple projects at the same time; /li liExperience in leading and building POV on new technology or problem solving, Innovation to build firm intellectual capital; /li liExtensive experience in big data and cloud technologies; /li liStrong client presence and ability to communicate technical concepts to all audiences; /li liSignificant supervisory, coaching and hands‑on project management skills; /li liAbility to manage a virtual global team environment that contributes to the overall timely delivery of multiple projects; /li liWillingness to travel to other global offices as needed to work with client or other internal project teams; /li liFluency in English; /li liClient‑first mentality; /li liCollaborative spirit and problem‑solving approach. /li /ul h3How you’ll grow /h3 ul liCross‑functional skills development custom learning pathways; /li liMilestone training programs aligned to career progression opportunities; /li liInternal mobility paths that empower growth via s‑curves, individual contribution and role expansions. /li /ul pAt ZS, your growth matters.
