Here we offer our chocolate specialties and invite customers to experience fresh chocolate in new ways. /p h3What you can expect /h3 ul liSupport the Store Manager /li liManage the store in the absence of the Store Manager /li liLead by example on the shop floor to create an outstanding and engaging in-store customer experience /li liMotivate, mentor, and coach sales associates /li liSupport training and onboarding of a winning team /li liCoordinate day‑to‑day operations /li liEnsure proper food safety protocol and all other Health Safety regulatory requirements are observed /li liPlace weekly and seasonal orders and ensure correct stock levels /li liSchedule staff to optimise customer service and personnel cost management /li liOversee proper stockroom storage and care, implementing FIFO in‑store and in the stockroom /li liEnsure the store looks great, in line with the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines /li /ul h3What we expect from you /h3 ul liExperience in a similar role in a premium or luxury retail store /li liLove interacting with customers; set a great example for the rest of the team with hands‑on mentality, enthusiasm, and passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience /li liFirm understanding of and experience working with commonly used retail KPIs (e.g. conversion rate, ATV, etc.) /li liEntrepreneurial, hands‑on, solutions‑focus mindset /li liAmbitious and results‑driven /li liProven ability to develop and grow both a team and business /li liWell‑organised, detail‑oriented with ability to multi‑task /li liEffective prioritising and ability to delegate /li liFlexible when it comes to working weekends, evenings and holidays as necessary /li liProficient in the use of MS Office and different POS systems /li liExcellent written and verbal communication in English (additional language is a plus but not necessary) /li liLove chocolate and are passionate about fine food /li /ul h3What we offer you /h3 ul liBonus scheme /li liAn exciting working environment with motivated colleagues /li liA position with lots of personal responsibility /li liThe opportunity to contribute fresh ideas /li liAn open and respectful feedback culture /li liIn‑house and further training /li liUnique career opportunities /li liGenerous discounts on our products /li liChocolate at work /li liEasily accessible locations /li /ul pSounds interesting?
