We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to support inspection, testing, and continuous improvement of product quality within our production facility. /p h3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 ul liPerform in-process, final, and incoming inspections of solar modules and components /li liConduct visual, dimensional, and electrical inspections (IV curve, insulation, EL, flash testing) /li liApply Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods to monitor production quality /li liCollect, analyze, and interpret quality data{l /liliRecord inspection results in ERP/MES systems /li liIdentify non-conformities and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) /li liSupport root cause analysis (5 Why, Ishikawa, Pareto) /li liEnsure compliance with IEC standards and internal quality procedures /li liSupport internal and external audits /li liParticipate in audits and inspections with TÜV and other certification bodies /li liMaintain quality records and inspection documentation /li /ul h3bRequirements /b /h3 ul liTechnical education in Engineering, Electronics, or related field /li li2+ years of experience in quality control within manufacturing /li liKnowledge of SPC and quality tools /li liUnderstanding of IEC standards (IEC 61215, IEC 61730 – advantage) /li liAttention to detail and analytical mindset /li liExperience with ERP/MES systems is an advantage /li liGerman and/or English proficiency /li /ul h3bWe Offer /b /h3 ul liCompetitive salary based on experience /li liParticipation in certification and testing projects /li liModern laboratory and production environment /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
