On behalf of our client, a company based in Geneva, we are currently looking for a :
Head of HR

For the HR department, we are seeking a senior and highly versatile HR professional to work closely with senior HR leadership and ensure alignment, governance, and operational excellence across key HR activities within the Swiss organization.

This role plays a central coordination and support function within a dynamic and evolving environment, contributing to both strategic and operational HR topics.

Main Responsibilities

• Act asdeputy to the CHRO and contribute to decision-making processes
  

• Lead and support HR transformation initiatives, including digitalization, process optimization, and HR data projects.
  

• Ensure coordination and alignment across core HR activities
  

• Support the execution of the HR strategy and change initiatives
  

• Prepare and HR reporting and presentations
  

• Handle complex HR matters and provide guidance on sensitive cases
  

• Lead cross-functional HR initiatives (e.g., HR systems improvement, process enhancements, policy updates)
  

• Act as escalation point for operational HR topics requiring senior input
  

Profile

• 10–15 years of comprehensive HR experience in Switzerland
  

• Strong expertise across Payroll, HR Operations, Administration, and Talent Acquisition
  

• Experience in HR digital transformation and data-driven HR approaches
  

• knowledge of Swiss labor law
  

• Fluent in French and English
  

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels
