Were hiring a German-speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to help businesses grow through innovative online advertising solutions powered by Google and Google Ads . If youre ambitious, sales-driven, and excited about combining international career growth + Mediterranean lifestyle , this is your opportunity. Your Mission As a trusted digital advisor, you will: Onboard new German-market clients and guide them through successful PPC campaign launches Build strong customer relationships and drive long-term adoption Make outbound calls to promote solutions and identify growth opportunities Design strategic, performance-focused advertising campaigns Increase customer spend through upselling and optimization Manage a high volume pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records Help clients maximize ROI and reduce churn What Were Looking For C2 German + fluent English 2+ years in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles Experience managing customer relationships and performance campaigns Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Ability to explain digital marketing strategies clearly Comfortable working independently in a target-driven environment Knowledge of the German market and business culture Nice to have: PPC/Google Ads experience CRM tools & AI workflow knowledge Digital marketing ecosystem understanding What You Get Full-time hybrid role (39h/week) €24,310 base + up to €4,290 bonus/year Relocation support + 1 month accommodation Private health insurance Continuous training & certifications Clear career growth paths Team events, contests & modern business-casual culture Prime office at World Trade Center Barcelona — steps from the sea Why Barcelona?
