Inbound Customer Support German in Athens Location: Athens, Greece Start Date: 1 September Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 7:00 PM (flexible) Work Type: On-site About the Role: We are seeking an Inbound Customer Support Representative fluent in German and English to join our team in Athens. You will handle incoming calls, assist customers with their inquiries, and provide a high-quality service experience. What We Offer: Competitive salary with 14 payments per year Permanent contract Full-time schedule (40 hours/week) Relocation package available Ongoing training and development opportunities Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction Answer and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Requirements: Fluent in German and English (spoken and written) Previous customer service experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work on-site in Athens How to Apply: If you are ready for a new opportunity in Athens and want to join a supportive, international team, send your CV in English today.
