Job Description

We are expanding the Project Management Office (PMO) within the Electrical Connectors Division (ECS).

Key Activities and Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and actuality of project portfolio KPI data, including financial, schedule, risk, and resource utilization analysis.
• Collaborate with ECS project and program managers to capture the actual state of projects in the portfolio.
• Monitor the performance baseline of projects and establish corrective measures as needed.
• Maintain reliability and consistency of financial project and portfolio data and report deviations.
• Track product quality KPIs and quality of project execution within the portfolio.
• Support project planning, budgeting, resource management, and ongoing prioritization.
• Produce portfolio dashboards and reports for ECS senior management to assess project execution.
• Organize and execute scheduled project status and project gate reviews in absence of ECS PMO Manager.
• Ensure compliance of projects with ECS project management standards and processes and contribute actively to their continuous improvement.
• Provide training and tool administration support for ECS project and portfolio management tools.
