To strengthen our team in Geneva within our Banking, Finance & FinTech department, we are looking for:
An associate lawyer specialized in banking and finance law (80 to 100%)
- With a legal background in Swiss law and an excellent academic record, any diploma or post-graduate qualification following the bar exam would be an advantage
- Having at least two to three years of experience in the field of banking and financial law, especially within the regulatory and contractual aspects (FinSA, FinIA, AML and CISA)
- Fluent in written and spoken French and English, knowledge of German would be an asset
- Able to establish good relations with clients and to follow up on their requests with diligence and a sense of service
- Dynamic with a good sense of initiative, able to prioritize and work with deadlines
- Computer literate, in particular the Microsoft Office package including Excel, Word and the creation of PowerPoint presentations.
- Appreciating both teamwork and working independently
