Specific Requirements Technical education or relevant practical experience in a marine environment is a plus.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Occasional travel is expected.
Strong command of English and German ; Dutch and French are an advantage.

Your Responsibilities Contribute to the smooth running of daily technical operations across the fleet.
Ensure all ships are well maintained, safe, and sustainable in line with company standards and budget.
Ensure repairs are carried out quickly and with minimal impact on cruise operations.
Manage technical stores and inventories.
Drive continuous improvement in sustainability and technical maintenance in close collaboration with the Director Technical Maintenance and Repairs.
Work closely with hotel, nautical, finance, and administrative departments to ensure seamless operations.
Ensure compliance with all applicable technical standards and regulations.
Communicate technical failures that impact operations, guest experience, or safety quickly and effectively to relevant executive leaders.
Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to internal and external partners.
