Ihre Aufgaben
Verantwortung für die gesamte Auftragsabwicklung (Bestellannahme, Auftragsbestätigungen, Auslieferung, Transportaufträge, Terminkoordination)
Selbständige, eigenverantwortliche Planung und Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen
Nachverfolgung von Aufträgen und Fakturierung, Erstellung von Gutschriften
Enge Zusammenarbeit und laufende Abstimmung mit dem Verkauf sowie der Logistik
Verwaltung von Kundenstammdaten telefonischer und schriftlicher Kontakt zu unserem internationalen Kundenkreis
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Verkauf und Kundendienst, idealerweise in der Chemie-Branche
Sehr gute Deutsch-, ösisch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Praxiserprobte Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office und SAP
Kommunikative und teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit einer raschen Auffassungsgabe
Qualitätsbewusste, exakte und speditive Arbeitsweise
