Beratung und Verkauf: Aktive Kundenberatung zu unseren Telekommunikationsprodukten, Mobilfunkverträgen, Smartphones und Zubehör
Kundenbindung: Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen durch individuelle Beratung und ausgezeichneten Service
Produktpräsentation: Präsentation von Produktneuheiten und Sonderaktionen
Vertragsabschlüsse: Durchführung von Vertragsabschlüssen und Beratung zu Tarifoptionen und Zusatzleistungen
Kassentätigkeiten: Bearbeitung von Zahlungsvorgängen und administrativen Aufgaben
Zielorientierung: Erreichung von Verkaufszielen und aktiver Beitrag zur Umsatzsteigerung
Warenpflege und -präsentation: Sicherstellung einer ansprechenden und ordentlichen Warenpräsentation
- Erste Erfahrung im Verkauf, idealerweise im Bereich Telekommunikation oder Einzelhandel
- Begeisterung für Telekommunikationsprodukte und technische Innovationen
- Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten sowie eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
- Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
- Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, an Wochenenden oder in den Abendstunden zu arbeiten
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
