Tasks

Designing the S / requirements in the Explore phases of the implementation units. · Support the creation of the required artifacts in the SAP Focused Build (Functional Specification, Collaboration Diagrams, KDS, etc).

• Ensuring communication with the relevant stakeholders in the work organization such as : Product Owner, Scrum Master, Test Manager.
• Coordinating the technical requirements as a link between the work organization in Switzerland and our development partner abroad.
• In this role, you are part of an Agile Release Train with a focus on planning, control, material management, quality management and sales (SAP MM, QM, SD, WM / EWM, PP, PM).
• Within a BizDevOps, you will help shape the future S / HANA solution as part of a multi-year program from design to implementation.
• As an SAP consultant, you collect business requirements, develop and present implementation suggestions in S / HANA, advise the specialists on the optimal design of SAP processes and lead the implementation of the solution.
• Your tasks also include the creation of functional specifications, the documentation of business processes in flow charts, the development of suitable test cases and the technical specification of the data migration objects.
• As a team player, you support the transfer of knowledge and the development of experience in the ART Material Management team.

Must-have criteria

Solid experience in business analysis as well as customizing in S / SAP Material Management, especially physical and planning logistics (focus on SAP MM, ideal with knowledge of EWM integration).

You also have several years of experience in business analysis, the design of S / HANA solutions in the areas of SAP inventory management and warehouse management as well as the SAP Activate methodology.

• Experience in creating functional specifications, customizing and integrative knowledge of the SAP MM, SD, PP, PM and FI / CO modules are also required.
• Team and customer-oriented personality with very good analytical and conceptual skills. · You enjoy actively looking for solutions and ways to overcome a problem.
• Experience creating design artifacts in English. · You communicate (orally) in German and have a good knowledge of English.
• Used to working with Confluence and Jira
