Descrizione dell’offerta di lavoroDelivering confidential counselling services (individual and group sessions).Leading preventive well-being initiatives and resilience workshops.Providing crisis intervention and psychological first aid when required.Advising managers on staff well-being, mental health awareness, and stress prevention.Developing data-driven reports and contributing to HR well-being strategies.Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to employee well-being.Advanced degree in psychology, counselling, clinical social work , or a related discipline.Valid professional license or accreditation in the relevant field.7-9 years of relevant experience in counselling or mental health services, ideally within international or multicultural environments.Strong understanding of counselling theories, techniques, and best practices .Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality.Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse populations.Fluency in English ; additional languages are a strong asset.High level of professionalism, empathy, discretion, and adaptability.The opportunity to make a tangible impact on the well-being of staff working in global health and humanitarian missions.A collaborative and inclusive culture that values diversity, respect, and psychological safety.The chance to lead and shape organization-wide well-being initiatives in an international context.
