Support a wide range of clients in their due diligence analysis in both transaction and debt raising processes
Analyse and assess valuable information for our clients, and play a pivotal part in helping them to make the right decisions and realize the added value on their M&A transactions
Team up with leading Swiss companies, global corporations, public organisations, and private equity clients from various fields – as a Deloitte professional, you’ll often get to be a part of the most challenging and interesting transactions on the market!
Engage in business development activities on account and industry level, and in marketing initiatives and practice development activities such as recruiting, training and coaching

Who we are looking for

You’re a highly motivated analytical and conceptual thinker with team leading experience and great interpersonal skills

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in finance, banking, accounting and / or an MBA

Solid work experience (min 6 years) in M&A or audit, with a Big 4 or another global advisory firm, as well as experience in financial due diligence projects, ideally also cash flow and income statements

Industry-specific know-how in financial services

Fluency in both English and German; additional languages are a plus
