About Kenes Associations Kenes Associations is the professional association management arm of the Kenes Group, providing comprehensive services to medical and scientific not-for-profit organizations worldwide.

We support national, regional, and international societies across a wide range of disciplines.

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Assistant to join Kenes Associations.

This is a part-time, hybrid position (60%–80%) , offering the opportunity to be part of a global organization with international interfaces and exposure to multiple entities and currencies.

Reporting to the Finance & Office Manager based in Geneva, you will support both financial operations and office administration, working closely with international teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities : Prepare bi-monthly online payments for several entities.

Manage credit card process and recharge related costs to the customers.

Support in managing the office (mails, conference room, IT).

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records for both Swiss and International Societies such as : Bookkeeping in multiple currencies.

Collaborating with internal teams to gather financial information in order that Association’s accounts can be prepared.

Updating budget and projection.

Preparing financial reports (Balance sheets accounts, Profit & Loss accounts) ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Assisting with the year-end closing procedures and supporting the preparation of financial statements for audit work.

Supporting accounts payable and receivable processes, including reconciliation.

Requirements & Experience :     3 years professional experience in accounting Perfectly fluent in French and English     Comfortable with Office 365 and Teams Effective communication and teamwork abilities Proficiency in financial software                         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good level of Excel proficiency               Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping In case you are interested in this position, please submit your CV in English .
