How will you make an impact?
Reporting to the Head of Group Platforms Controlling, this role will be responsible for the following responsibilities, including but not limited to :
- Anaplan Implementation and Support Lead the implementation of Anaplan, migrating existing Excel-based planning processes and content. Design, build, and test Anaplan models, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with business requirements. Provide ongoing support and training to users on Anaplan functionalities. Develop and maintain documentation for Anaplan models and processes. Prepare workflows and versions on time for controlling usage, consolidation and reporting Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Anaplan usage.
- Costing Solution Implementation and Support Contribute to the implementation and adoption of the new costing solution, replacing existing Excel-based cost allocation mechanisms. Industrialize the costing process, ensuring process efficiency and alignment with various sources of information from the IT and Product teams. Run the allocation cycles in order to produce the “bills of IT” for the Maisons.
- System Integration Ensure seamless integration between Anaplan, the costing solution, the Group FP&A reporting framework, and the BI tool. Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to facilitate data flow between systems. Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and discrepancies across systems.
- Financial Portal Development and Maintenance Progressively design, develop, and maintain the Group Platforms financial portal including dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs) and insightful visualizations for controllers, managers, directors, and other stakeholders and internal clients. Ensure the portal is user-friendly, intuitive, and provides accurate and timely information. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the portal’s functionality and usability.
- Process Improvement Continuously identify opportunities to improve financial processes and workflows. Develop and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Log and track changes, ensure smooth integration of the changes in all systems. Contribute to the development of best practices for financial systems management, in collaboration with Group Finance Process&Data CoE.
