Handle client requests and inquiries professionally, efficiently, and independently. Prepare, maintain, and update client files and KYC documentation. Coordinate account opening, maintenance, and closure processes in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Support periodic client reviews and ongoing due diligence processes. Ensure accurate maintenance of client data across internal systems and applications. Monitor outstanding documentation and follow up with clients when required. Act as part of the first line of defense by identifying and escalating potential risks and compliance concerns. Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Compliance, Operations, Payments, and Risk Management. Participate in departmental initiatives, projects, and process improvement activities. < >< > You have previous experience in a Corporate Bank. You speak English and Russian. The successful candidate will support Relationship Managers in the day-to-day servicing of commercial and private clients, ensuring an outstanding client experience while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.Required Qualifications & Skills< >< > Banking apprenticeship (EFZ), vocational baccalaureate, or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in banking is required, ideally within Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Client Coverage, or another client-facing banking environment. Experience supporting Relationship Managers and handling client onboarding and KYC documentation is highly desirable. Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory; additional languages are considered an asset. Strong client service orientation and professional communication skills. Good understanding of banking products, processes, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
