Drive Innovation in Sustainable Coffee : CTRM Project Manager Opportunity

Are you ready to blend your project management expertise with the rich aroma of a century-old coffee legacy? Our client, a trailblazer in sustainable "farm to roaster" coffee, is seeking a dynamic CTRM Project Manager to lead game-changing initiatives.

Immerse yourself in a role where your project management skills will directly impact a global coffee supply chain. As the CTRM Project Manager, you'll :

  • Orchestrate end-to-end project lifecycles, from inception to successful delivery
  • Craft and execute detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets
  • Spearhead decision-making across all project-related matters
  • Manage and optimize project budgets and resource allocation
  • Lead vendor relationships, particularly for CTRM solutions
  • Ensure projects stay within scope, schedule, cost, and quality parameters
  • Develop innovative monitoring methods and provide corrective supervision
  • Generate comprehensive project reports
  • Identify and secure necessary team resources
  • Integrate organizational elements seamlessly into projects
  • Navigate and resolve conflicts within and between projects or functional areas
  • Align projects with key strategic objectives
  • Embark on 2-3 worldwide trips annually, connecting with global teams.

Requirements

We're looking for a seasoned project management professional with :

  • 5-10 years of project management experience
  • Proven track record in global solution implementations (Multi-sites, Multi-years, Multi-Commodities)
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Solid background in Commodity Trading (Operations, Trading or Finance)
  • Bachelor's degree in a science-related field
  • Post-graduate diploma in project planning or business administration (advantageous)
  • Project management certification (a plus)
  • CH work permit or EU / EFTA passport.
