Kodiak Sciences is expanding its Biologics and Chemical Manufacturing team to support the development of our biologics-based product candidates. Our lead product candidates are built on our proprietary Antibody Biopolymer Conjugate Platform (ABC Platform™) which is designed to maintain potent and effective drug levels in key ocular tissues for longer than currently available therapies.

Kodiak Sciences is seeking highly qualified and dedicated candidates to join our team in designing medicines to solve real-world effectiveness problems. The team members will oversee process development, technology transfer and manufacturing activities at CMOs for monoclonal antibodies, fusion proteins, and antibody / protein biopolymer drug conjugates. You will be supporting the implementation of internal process development and early phase clinical supply manufacturing capabilities.

Successful execution within this team requires a strong scientific and engineering approach, established expertise in upstream and downstream process development for therapeutic proteins, process characterization, and process validation experience, and technology transfer experience. The ideal candidates have a track record of establishing mutual respect, trust, and close collaborations with internal and external organizations, and the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
