Documentary Information Apprentice CFC

The City of Geneva offers several: Apprentice agent or apprentice agent in documentary CFC. Your mission: During your apprenticeship, you welcome and inform users and contribute to the smooth functioning of the documentary service. You will learn to: - Conduct documentary research and carry out lending, - Classify documents and enter data, - Complete tasks related to the acquisition of documents (bulletining), - Classify and index various documentary support, - Hand over damaged documents, - Participate in public or professional meetings about books, - Contribute to exhibitions or cultural events. Your profile: Interest in public service, ease with languages, ability to adapt to technological changes, ability to work in a team, ease in making contacts, intellectual curiosity, spirit of collaboration. Deadline: February 28. Start date: school term. Additional: Application file.
