Taleo Consulting is a management consulting group with offices in Luxembourg, Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, Geneva, Barcelona, Singapore, and Lisbon. What are we looking for?

We are looking for skilled Business Analyststo assist with the implementation and support of business
information systems across multiple departments. They identify problems and opportunities within
our clients’ structures and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the business goals.

A Business Analyst at Taleo works on various projects:
• Internet and mobile application
• Digital / e-commerce
• Artificial Intelligence
• Real-time Application

What will you do?

• Communicate with the different stakeholders to understand their requirements
• Translate business requirements into detailed business specifications for IT
• Analyze the impact of required evolutions
• Perform impact analysis of new processes and determine the gaps between as-is and
  to-be situations
• Design and document the to-be process
• Organize the test strategy and follow up the testing
• Coordinate and communicate with the different stakeholders
• Use change management and deployment
• Adapt to our clients’ new work environments

Required profile.

How do we imagine our future consultant?

• You have proven experience in Business or Process Analysis
• You can meet project deadlines and provide high-quality deliverables
• You are polyvalent and can adapt easily to quickly changing environments
• You can think out of the box and maintaining a pragmatic approach
• You have a University Degree or experience in the Information Technologies fields
• You are fluent in French and English. Good knowledge of Dutch is also required*

Nice to have:

• Experiences in project management methodologies (Prince 2, PMI, Agile…) and tools (Balsamiq, Clarity, Jira, Azure, Enterprise Architect…) could be real assets
