We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Wellbeing Manager to join our HR team at MRH Zermatt . In this central role, you will develop and implement recruitment strategies, enhance the candidate experience, and support employee wellbeing throughout their journey with our company.

Your main tasks

Your profile

Proactive, independent, empathetic, and strong decision-making skills

Experience in talent acquisition, hospitality, or human resources

Fluent in English, with good knowledge of German; other European languages are a plus

Technically proficient with tools such as Microsoft 365 and ATS

Skilled at building relationships based on trust and mutual respect, while fostering team knowledge and development

Adaptable, with a strong ability to support and guide team members

Professional, courteous, and socially competent, with a drive for excellence
